Last week Sharon (our regional), asked me to share on the 2B More Salesforce page something I had shared with her. In case you missed that, I wanted to share it with you.
As you all know, our company is going through a restructuring right now. It doesn’t matter what plans they have, unless WE, the salesforce, with boots on the ground make the decision to do some restructuring as well. What are you willing to do differently?
- We need everyone OUT THERE making sure people know that we are not out of business. The media spins stories, and only YOU can change the narrative. Make it a point to find NEW customers. There’s an entire generation that needs us, and does not know what we have to offer.
- We need to build our ARMY! Each one REACH ONE. If every single consultant offered the opportunity to just ONE person this month, that would make a huge difference to our company. We would double the size of our sales force and double the number of people helping us get the message out there. We’ve created all the tools you need!
- We have a system for helping our new consultants get started. If you haven’t watched the New Consultant Videos, check them out
- We have group parties available for them to get their initial sales in
