Scam Alert #1

We have become aware that someone using the name David Hughes is posing as a representative of Tupperware and/or our HR Team. This is apparently an attempt to obtain personal and/or financial information from individuals. If you receive an unsolicited message from someone claiming to represent our company, please proceed with caution and feel free to reach out to us at Customer Service at 1-800-887-7379 or NACustomerCare@tupperware.com if you have questions or to report the incident.

Scam Alert #2

Please be aware of a potential scam when taking checks as a form of payment. Some Tupperware(r) independent consultants have reported that the scam looks like this: A customer contacts you to say that their previous Tupperware consultant does not sell Tupperware(r) products anymore, so they want to place an order with you. The customer offers to send you a certified bank check because they do not use cards or e-transfers, and asks you for your name and mailing address. You receive the check, deposit it, and process the order. Days after depositing the check, you are told by the bank that the check is a fraud and you are left having to pay for the order and any fees the bank charges to your account. Though rare, please be alert and watch for this in any check transactions you may accept in your business.
