MYOFFICE SYSTEM DOWNTIME MyOffice and your PWS will experience downtime for system enhancements on Monday, August 5 from 2–9 A.M. ET. Your party links will continue to work during this downtime. If we foresee the downtime lasting longer than this window, we will let you know.
PARTY EXPIRATION DATE: Starting August 5 after the system updates, parties will include a Party Expiration Date occurring 45 days from the time of party creation in MyOffice. Existing parties already open in the system will have 45 days from August 5 to close.
PAST CONSULTANTS RE-JOINING UPDATE: One of the system enhancements we are implementing on the 5th is an update that will resolve a data conflict with the Social Security Number of past Consultants with closed accounts when they try to register as a New Consultant; they will be able to immediately join without having to contact Customer Care to resolve.
