After yesterday’s (Monday) system updates, we noticed that personal website (PWS) orders are failing to download successfully to your back office. We know for certain that all PWS orders are still successfully downloading for order fulfillment purposes. However, if you had any orders come in through your PWS, they are being attached to you, but you are not able to see the orders or the sales reflected in your MyOffice account right now.
We have identified the cause and are currently testing a fix that we are confident will correct the issue. In order to implement the fix,
My Office and your PWS will be unavailable tonight/tomorrow Wednesday, November 15th, from 2AM – 9AM ET.
Please note, your party links will continue to work during this downtime so party customers can still shop and place orders.
Once we install the fix, we will begin to download all the PWS orders that failed to download during this time. This will take us some time, but by 5PM ET, we should be back to normal. We appreciate your patience and are grateful for your support!
