Our PWS is now on the Shopify platform. A few people have experienced issues when sharing a Party Shopping Link to FB in parties, etc – so it is suggested that you share JUST your my.tup website URL. Then you can link the order to a party.
When sharing in your parties, ask customers to comment when they place their order so you can connect it to the party.
This is a temporary suggestion as we determine if there is an issue with the platform, or if it’s something the individual is doing.
