Heads up! Many of us have had an ongoing issue that our orders were shipped but they were not updated in the system. So they were still saying “processing”. It’s hard to follow up with customers, or even keep track of things. So with a new factory rep and a new IT guy I’ve been sharing his issue with them to see what could be done. The good news is, that they are fixing the problem. The bad news is as they’ve been clearing these out, it’s auto-generating emails saying our orders are shipping, but the order has shipped long ago.
