For those of you that were part of our company prior to May 2020, I want to remind you that the history of your past parties will no longer be available to you after Oct 26. It is IMPERATIVE that you log in and download all of this as it’s a wealth of information and future business.

You will see this:
Click on Show Details
Click on “visit this website”. It’s okay..really.
Log in with your ID and password.
When you see this screen, click Next
Click on ORDER Search
- Click the button to the left of SEARCH ORDERS BY ORDERS
- Enter your earliest order date and “to” 04/29/2020, which was the latest we could enter orders
- Click the “customer” button
- Click “order search”
A list will populate. Use the “up” and “down” button to move through the entire list.
- Click on the blue hyperlink button to open an order. This shows you what they ordered.
- Create a folder on your desktop.
- Screen shot the picture below and add to your folder
Now you can follow up with this customer with a customer update message.
“Hi Kathy! This is Tina from Tupperware. I just wanted to reach out to you an thank you for attending a Tupperware party with me last year. I’m just doing some customer update calls and I wanted to see how you were enjoying your FridgeSmart”
This gives you a great opportunity to talk about their needs, and invite them to:
- host a party now. or
- to attend a party or
- Join your VIP group
