May 22 Multihost Bingo

We have an all-company Multi Host Bingo scheduled for May 22nd.  This is an excellent way for you to be able to hold a party/or several parties, with very little effort.
Should you choose to participate, here is your role:
  1. Register that you are participating.  Here is the link to register:
  2. Invite a host or hosts to hold their party on this day.  How many can you book?
    1. Once they say yes, I would recommend that you host coach them, using the May host flyer so they are excited to earn the gifts. Have them create a wish list with 7-10 items that they’d like to get for free or for half off.
    2. Create a party shopping link for your host so that they and guests can place an order in advance
    3. You may want to create a facebook group for the party, Hosts would invite their friends to the group. Do MINIMAL posts.
      1. Welcome them to the party,
      2. Post a link to the full catalog and flyer
      3. Post the link to get a bingo card (I will be sending that out Thursday)
      4. Post the shopping link you create, or your contact info if you prefer that they contact you directly to order,
      5. Post the zoom link
      6. Post a reminder on Friday or Saturday.
      7. You may also want to post one engagement activity or post a survey link
    4. If you choose not to create a facebook group for the party, you’ll want to send an email to the host that she can forward the shopping/bingo/zoom information to her guests
  3. Another option is that YOU may want to be a host.  That means the you would invite guests to YOUR bingo party using the same steps as above.
  4. On the day of the bingo, consultants will not be playing bingo.  But…when your host or a guest wins, you win!  You will need to present…because this is your party and you’ll want to interact with your people!
  5. After the Bingo, reach out to all the guests for their order and to invite them to book a party.
  6. Help your host select her gifts and close out the party.
My role:
  1. Provide the invitation/email that you can forward.  However, personally reaching out first and then following up with the email is what I suggest.
  2. Provide the link to select their Bingo card(s) and the link for the ZOOM
  3. Run the event
  4. Provide the gifts and ship them to winners

Thank you for being one of my Tupperware Hosts during our Tupperware Birthday Bash on Sunday May 22nd.  To insure that you have a successful party and scoop up as many gifts as possible, here are a few tips:

  2. If you and your friends are on Facebook, I’ll create a facebook group for the party.   You can invite your friends to the group. This is where I will post the link to get a bingo card, post the catalog link, your shopping link, the zoom link and post a reminder. I’ll also be posting a fun activity to get everyone engaged.
  3. If your friends aren’t on facebook and you’d rather have an email to forward to them, please let me know!
