Option 1: 3 people with $350 in orders=$1050. You then divide up the host offers among the participants.
Option 2: 5 people with $200 in sales=$1000. You then divide up the host offers among the participants.
Just remember, that host gifts can only be sent to one address, so you really need to only offer this to people that can pick up from your home; otherwise you would have to ship the gifts.
