How to Whitelist Emails From Tupperware Home Office
If you’ve been having trouble receiving emails to your inbox from news@news.tupperware.com (My Week and other general emails), infoline@tupperware.com (replies from Customer Care) and/or events-usca@tupperware.com (event registration communications), please follow the steps outlined below to whitelist these addresses and ensure you’re receiving the communications.
Gmail Accounts
  1. First, if you find email from news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com in your Gmail spam folder, select our email and click the Not Spam button
  2. Next, open an email that you have received from us
  3. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to Reply
  4. Click Add news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com to Contacts list
Yahoo, SBCGlobal and ATT.net Accounts
You must set up a filter, but first:
  1. If you find email from news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com in your Yahoo! bulk folder, open the email and click Not Spam.
  2. If you find mail from news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com in your Blocked Addresses list in Settings, select the email and click Remove Block.
Now to create the filter:
  1. Open Yahoo! Mail and click on the Gear and select Settingsin the upper right hand corner or …More icon in the navigation bar.
  2. Select Filters (in the bottom left corner), or select Filter Emails Like This…
  3. On the Filters page, click Add
  4. Select the From header, then add contains, then add news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com and events-usca@tupperware.com.
  5. Click the Choose Folder pull down menu and select Inbox.
  6. Pick the Add Filter button or Save
Hotmail and Outlook Accounts
Outlook is notorious for failed delivery of legitimate email.
You must add news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com and events-usca@tupperware.com to your Safe List as follows:
  1. First, if you find email from news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com in your junk folder, open the email and click Not Junk
  2. Next, check to see if news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com appears in the Blocked Senders list. If so, select it and click on the Remove button
  3. Next, if you do not see your missing email in Junk, then click Settings
  4. At the bottom of Settings click View all Settings
  5. Go to Mail/Junk Email/Safe Senders and Domains
  6. Copy and paste news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com and events-usca@tupperware.com where it says + Add
  7. Click the Return, then add another
  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for news@news.tupperware.com, infoline@tupperware.com or events-usca@tupperware.com, or any other email you are not receiving
